With the support of our valued clients and our passionate leadership team our vision is to create world-class leadership centres across Australia that will be recognised as the benchmark for positive, innovative and practical leadership practice.

The Proteus Leadership Centres operate under the banner of Proteus Enterprises Pty. Ltd. Proteus Education and Training is the training arm of The Proteus Leadership Centres and is a registered training organisation (Provider No: 21518)

Proteus History

In 1993 around the confines of his dining room table, entrepreneur, educator and author Des Penny founded Proteus Enterprises Pty. Ltd. His personal vision was to assist Australian leaders in finding a better and more effective way to lead.

Moving from a home environment to shared offices, Proteus quickly acquired a loyal and committed client base. Regular customers returned again and again as what they learned had life changing impact both personally and professionally.

Today, Proteus has a presence in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Sydney with plans to branch out into new locations in the not too distant future, including Perth in 2011.
